Ride Level: Advanced Ride

Get ready for a full day of technical trails, rugged terrain, and off-road adventure in the Red River Gorge! Moderate Mayhem at the Gorge is designed for experienced drivers with well-equipped rigs who are ready to take on a step up in challenge from our intermediate rides.

Trails will range from Moderate to Difficult.

Required Vehicle Setup: Winch, 33” mud-terrain or all-terrain tires, Spare tire, and Suspension lift.

Recommended: Rear Locker or LSD

Saturday, April 25: Spring into Adventure
Ride Level: Intermediate Ride

Spring rains, fresh trail growth, and the perfect mix of traction and challenge. Spring Into Adventure is designed for those with some trail experience and lightly modified rigs.

Route TBD: Potential Trails May Include:
Townsend Cave, First Frontier Appalachian Trail System, Spaas Creek, Long Branch Rd, Pumpkin Hollow, Raven Rock (lookout), Clifton Rd, Wayne Benson Rd, Walker Creek, Pistol/Ross Creek, Rader Ridge

Recommended Vehicle Setup:
Winch, 33” mud-terrain or all-terrain tires, Spare tire, and Suspension lift

Saturday May 2: Red River Easy Roll
Ride Level: Beginner

Gear up for an laid-back off-road ride perfect for first-timers and stock 4×4 vehicles. Expect scenic views, smooth trail pacing, and an easy technical rating throughout most of the day. We may wrap things up with a short, slightly more challenging trail to a cave for those looking to try something new — time permitting.

We will lead you through the Gorge’s rugged backcountry, sharing tips and local knowledge along the way.

Recommended Vehicle Setup:
31” all-terrain or mud-terrain tires and Spare tire
